Go Unlimited – Unlimited 5G Data for £13 a Month

If you use your phone regularly for streaming, social media, video calls, browsing or working on the move, Go Unlimited gives you the freedom to use your mobile without constantly watching your data allowance.

For eligible new Utility Warehouse mobile customers, Go Unlimited is available for:

Unlimited calls and texts
Inclusive EU roaming, subject to applicable fair-use terms
Monthly rolling contract
The opportunity to add up to four additional Go Unlimited SIMs FREE for the first three months, subject to eligibility and promotional terms

That can make Go Unlimited particularly attractive for households where several people need their own SIM.

Up to Four Additional SIMs Free for Three Months

This is where the offer gets particularly interesting for families.

An eligible customer taking a primary Go Unlimited SIM at £13 per month can add up to four additional Go Unlimited SIMs, with their monthly tariff charge free for the first three months.

At the end of the three-month promotional period, each additional SIM becomes chargeable at the applicable standard monthly price.

As at September 2026, that price is £13 per SIM per month, although prices can change.

Who Is Eligible for the Go Unlimited Offer?

There are some important conditions, and we’d rather make these clear from the start.

The promotion is intended for new Utility Warehouse mobile customers.

To qualify through the standard route, you must:

Take a Go Unlimited SIM.
Have at least one qualifying Utility Warehouse Energy, Broadband or Insurance service.
Keep the primary Go Unlimited SIM active.
Not currently have a UW mobile service or have had one during the previous six months.
Transfer an existing mobile number to UW.
Keep the transferred number with UW throughout the promotional period.

Your existing mobile number needs to be transferred to one of the Go Unlimited SIMs within 60 days of joining.

Utility Warehouse may occasionally make Go Unlimited available on a mobile-only basis through selected sales channels. Where this applies, your eligibility will be confirmed when you sign up.

Go Essential – 10GB of 5G Data for Just £6 a Month

Not everybody needs unlimited data.

If most of your phone use is messaging, checking emails, browsing websites and occasional social media, Go Essential could be the better-value choice.

Just £6 a month

Go Essential now includes:

10GB of data
5G connectivity
A simple, low monthly price

The new 10GB allowance is double the data included with the previous Essential tariff.

For lighter mobile users, that’s potentially a very inexpensive way of staying connected without paying for large amounts of data that never get used.

Go Essential or Go Unlimited?

Choosing between the two largely comes down to how you use your phone.

Go Essential – £6 a month

Could be ideal if you:

Mainly use Wi-Fi at home.
Browse and check emails on your phone.
Use WhatsApp or other messaging apps.
Occasionally use social media.
Don’t normally use large amounts of mobile data.

Go Unlimited – £13 a month

Could be better if you:

Stream video or music regularly.
Spend a lot of time on social media.
Make frequent video calls.
Use your phone away from Wi-Fi regularly.

Have several people in the household who may need SIMs.
